King Lear

A fool. And the Fool. A father, with a natural son and an unnatural bastard, literally blinded by the hateful evil of others. Another father, with three daughters, metaphorically blinded by his need to be loved and worshiped by them. Nothing comes of nothing.

Bill Walthall (UCLA '85 English), a former high school English, Shakespeare, and Drama teacher, will read and blog about each of Shakespeare's plays, from The Comedy of Errors through The Tempest.
