So, Friday, I was all happy and proud of myself that I had completed the rehearsal schedule for As You Like It.
As a famed half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf herder once said, “Don’t get cocky, kid.”
Nope. by late Friday, I had one actor update her conflict list…and given this particular actor needed to be at 11 of the 15 rehearsals, that was a problem. So after making what my wife called a jigsaw puzzle
I was able to shuffle rehearsals around.
Problem solved.
Right?
Wrong.
I discovered that I had made an error in one of my rehearsal listings. And that was a bit tougher to fix.
But now, we’re good to go.
So I’m actually kinda happy my actor added that extra conflict.
Kinda.
