Well, THAT was a weekend.
Friday night performance of Mister Roberts. The final weekend of my Shakespeare for Actors class at Camarillo Skyway Playhouse…and between the Saturday morning class and Sunday night’s class and presentation, I had another three performances of Mister Roberts (matinee, evening, matinee).
Totally spent.
But thrilled and proud and thankful.
It was a blast teaching this course, and last night’s presentations of scenes from Measure for Measure and Love’s Labor’s Lost were great. I can’t wait to do this again… and with all this talent dying to scratch that Shakespearean itch, we need to do this for real… hmmmm, what can we get started?
